The St. Albans School Choir set off on March 19th for the 6 day tour of Barcelona.

We at Melody Music were delighted to work with our friends in Spain to provide excellent concerts for the Choir.

 

March 21st at 9pm - Main Church La Lagosta

March 22nd at 7pm Casa Cultural, Ullastrell

March 23rd at 12 noon Iglesia Esperit Sant, Barcelona

March 23rd at 9pm at the World Famous Sagrada Familia, Barcelona

 

M.D. of the Choir Paul Cook conducted in a professional way to bring out the best of the Choir in their performances which delighted the audiences at each venue.

 

Performances - even though during the Easter period when most of Spain goes on holiday, were atteneded to the max and the Choir were presented at each concert with a plaque and given a post concert reception with fine Spanish food.

 

An excellent tour which gave a great deal of pleasure to the hundreds of people who were at the various venues to hear this Choir.

 

Well done St. Albans!!!! - and especially to the Musical Team who were with the group  and made things work so easily during the tour.
